After working in restaurant and hospitality in Champagne, Senez moved fully behind the bar at the four-year mark. Eight years in prestigious venues sharpened his spirit knowledge and his pour.

Six years of FlairBartending later, juggling bar tools, sometimes laced with fire, he decided to take the craft on the road. Crazy Bar Event was launched in 2026 to focus on your events full time.
