1. Scope
These T&C define how event bartending services are delivered: private bartender, mobile bar, cocktail workshops, mocktails (alcohol-free), flair shows and any associated service.
2. Quote
Every quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue. It includes the detailed service description, schedule, bartender headcount, equipment provided and travel costs where applicable.
The quote becomes firm upon receipt of its signed version from the client.
3. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon signature of the quote to lock the date. The 70% balance is due at the end of the event, within 48 hours maximum.
Payment methods: bank transfer or cash (card payment being added).
10% surcharge per week of late payment.
No payment is processed directly on the website.
4. Cancellation
If the client cancels, the 30% deposit paid on signature is fully retained by Crazy Bar Event as a flat-rate indemnity, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. This indemnity covers date-blocking, refused alternatives on the same period, and preparations already engaged (product purchases, team scheduling).
If Crazy Bar Event cancels (force majeure, unavailability, accident), all amounts paid are refunded to the client without delay and without condition.
5. Execution
Crazy Bar Event undertakes to deliver the service described in the quote with professionalism. The client undertakes to provide the material conditions of execution (space, water point if possible, access) and to comply with local law (temporary drinks authorisation, neighbourhood).
The team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone visibly intoxicated, in compliance with the law.
6. Liability
